Pipedrive offers a highly visual drag-and-drop interface, making it great for reflecting sales and marketing processes. Pipedrive is intuitive software for individuals to navigate and identify potential sales opportunities.

Why I chose Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a straightforward sales CRM that focuses on building competent sales pipelines for tracking deals and managing leads. HubSpot: Best CRM offering a robust free version

HubSpot logo.
Image: HubSpot

Our rating: 3.9 out of 5

HubSpot’s robust free version offers up to 5 users a variety of sales and marketing tools. Organize and engage with clients through the dialer, live chat and email tools, and manage activity within a custom dashboard. Sync this information across an array of third-party integrations. If you’re new to implementing a CRM in a business or want to deploy an easy-to-use CRM across an organization, HubSpot is a good choice.

Why I chose HubSpot

HubSpot’s free CRM is top rated since other free plans typically lack a lot of core CRM features. Some of HubSpot’s free features include dashboard and reporting, company insights, an AI email writer, live chat software, and a meeting scheduler. HubSpot’s Professional and Enterprise plans are great for larger organizations looking for a powerful CRM solution, but they do require a one-time onboarding fee.

HubSpot’s free CRM tool is robust, but the premium tiers can be costly. If you want a more affordable premium tier with more advanced tech or support features, consider Pipedrive or Zoho CRM.

Head over to our HubSpot review for more details on this provider.

monday CRM: Best CRM for custom automations

monday CRM logo.
Image: monday CRM

Our rating: 3.5 out of 5

Monday CRM users can build automations into any stage of their sales process. These automations and workflows will save sales reps and users time by completing repetitive tasks on their behalf. This will help businesses shorten their average deal closing time by automatically assigning leads to the right rep, setting reminders for upcoming activities, and pushing notifications to reps when leads open so they can engage with an email.

Why I chose monday CRM

Monday CRM is a sales CRM solution that requires no coding experience to totally customize its layout and process. Monday CRM also offers in-market adaptation for an abundance of industries like manufacturing, financial services, consumer goods, healthcare, and real estate. With its automations and project management tools, enterprises can view centralized client information, even on the go.

While monday does have a free version of its software, it is only available for students or nonprofit organizations, after being approved for it. Its paid tiers are competitively priced, but if you want a similar tool with even more AI functionality, I recommend HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

Salesforce offers extensive data features to help organizations make calculated decisions when it comes to their sales process. Create a variety of custom CRM reports that display analytics and real-time sales forecasts. The external and internal communication tools and sales activity tracking make it a great option for organizations with complex sales processes.

Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM solution built on an AI platform. Salesforce markets itself as an all-in-one platform for buyer and sales engagement, team collaboration, analytics, performance management and CPQ and billing. While still a pricey option, Salesforce’s scalability and user support allow it to be implemented by anyone, especially enterprises.

If you want a similar software with extensive AI-powered tools and powerful integrations, check out Zoho CRM for a more cost effective solution.

Bitrix24: Best CRM offering team collaboration

Bitrix24 logo.
Image: Bitrix24

Our rating: 4.1 out of 5

Bitrix24 offers a suite of communication tools for the sales department to use internally, with other departments, and even with external partners. Users can chat through a messenger, schedule video calls and conferences, and view shared tasks in real time. Within the chat feature, users can label chats private or public, invite external users, and even search through chat histories on the go. This way, users have everything they need to work together, share client details, files, task deployment, and so much more.

Why I chose Bitrix24

Bitrix24 offers a range of marketing, sales, and reporting tools for businesses in a range of markets to not only target new leads, but also receive payments, manage inventory, and track sales metrics. With a white label capability, Bitrix24 allows businesses to totally customize, brand, and resell the tool as well. And even though their forever free plan is capped with some advanced CRM features, it does allow unlimited users.

Bitrix24 does offer a unique pricing structure compared to the other providers on this list. Bitrix24 doesn’t charge per user but instead per organization with a capped amount of users. Their Enterprise tier goes up to 250 users with flexibility to add more. If your company has more than that, I recommend going with HubSpot or Salesforce for their scalability and pricing per user.

For more insights and information, read this Bitrix24 review.

How do I choose the best enterprise CRM software for my business?

This list we’ve created includes the top enterprise CRM software on the market, but the best option for your business will be the software that best fits your business goals and budget. Consider requesting quotes or demos from the providers that pique your interest, or sign up for the free versions. Below are sample questions to ask when choosing the best CRM software:

  • What is the total in-market expertise for your industry?
  • Is the CRM better for a small business or can it be scaled to meet your needs?
  • Are their services within your budget? Do you want a free CRM first?
  • Does the CRM offer the core features you need, such as list segmentation or a mobile app?
  • Does the CRM software integrate with business tools you already have in your tech stack?
  • Is the CRM open-source, and is that a requirement your business wants?
